TRANSITIONAL MANAGER

As Transition Managers, we oversee the seamless handover between key staff members, ensuring a smooth transition from one phase to the next. Key responsibilities include:

 -We develop a detailed plan that outlines the scope, objectives,
resources, risks, and roles of the transition team. This plan aligns all parties involved, ensuring clear communication and expectations. 

-We manage the execution of the plan, coordinating resources, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the transition on track, while ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

 -After completion, the transition manager evaluates outcomes, identifying successes and areas for improvement, and gathering feedback to inform future projects.
